Ate lunch here after a hike while visiting from out of town. Loved it! The burritos we got were not huge but were amazing, especially the tortillas which were so soft and fresh. The restaurant was bright and clean, and the staff friendly. I ordered online and when I went in to pick up my food, decided to snag a pumpkin empanada. That was a great decision. My daughter and I decided to take a pre-meal nibble and ended scarfing down the whole thing. Definitely will go back if in El Paso again.
I love coming here for an authentic Mexican meal. I live in Santa Teresa so it's just a few minutes away. The staff is great and very attentive. The owners are very welcoming. I've never had a problem with my food and the service. We've been coming here for 6 years and we love it. The meat is also great quality if you are going to have a cook out or make something homemade... My husband can be picky and he knows good food. If he approves it, it's good! The only thing I would update or change is the bathroom. The toilet was broken once with the seat on the floor and I couldn't take my 6 year old to the bathroom.. I had to go to Don Carbon...
The barbacoa was great just a little too greasy for my liking. Friendly service. Atmosphere was not the best. There were people in the kitchen screaming to turn the music on very disturbing. No color or anything to enhance the Hispanic tradition. Besides that everything was great. Definitely coming back.
I absolutely love this place! When I have company I like to get their burritos and I’m always asked where are they from cause they are amazing. I’ve had breakfast burritos and lunch. Sometimes I customize and add stuff and the staff is always very friendly. When they are busy, I am patient and smile. I have never been treated rudely. I will only go here for my burritos, tortas, and caldo ( a new favorite on a cold day) I have tried other places cause El Paso has tons but I come back here for the service and delicious food!
Best kept secret in the Upper Valley. This place is awesome. Tortas, limonada, and horchata are soooo good!!
Delicious red enchiladas their sauce is perfect, a tad bit pricey for not that great of ambiance, will eat there again
ordered burritos from door dash and they did not disappoint! I ordered the asado/rojo and the a la mexicana breakfast one. The tortillas were so soft and yummy, and the food was still warm when it was delivered. The flavor was delicious and made me feel like my mom's food at home. 10/10 recommend! Can't wait to try more of their food.
I’m not one to give reviews but when I left this place I just had to! The best tasting burritos feels like Grandmas cooking. The salsa is perfect. I had an asada burrito with everything and was not disappointed! Give this place a try! It’s kind of pricey but you definitely get what you pay for
